Your FarmArk account
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, for people you invite to your farm, and for keeping account credentials confidential. Farm owners must ensure that worker access reflects their real responsibilities.
Using the service
Use FarmArk only for lawful farm management and related business purposes. Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, or use one farm's account to access another farm's data.
Your data
You retain responsibility for the farm information you submit. You grant FarmArk the limited right to process that information solely to provide, secure, and improve the service.
Availability and changes
We work to keep FarmArk available and reliable, but features may change and temporary interruptions can occur. We may update the service or these terms to reflect operational, legal, or security needs.
