FarmArk processes account details, farm configuration, livestock records, operational records, support messages, and the information needed to provide authenticated access to your farm.

We use this information to operate FarmArk, secure accounts, show farm-specific records, respond to support requests, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell farm records or personal information.
Access and sharing
Farm owners control worker access. Information is shared only with authorised members of the same farm, service providers needed to run FarmArk, or where law requires it.
Retention and deletion
We retain information while your account is active and as needed for legitimate operational, legal, and security purposes. Contact FarmArk support through the in-app assistant or the website support form to request access, correction, export, or deletion.
Security
FarmArk uses access controls and tenant separation designed to protect farm information. No service can promise absolute security, so users should protect their passwords and report suspected account misuse promptly.

We may update this policy as FarmArk evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the date above and, where appropriate, communicated in the application.
